Ieri sera a New York si è svolto una degli eventi mondani più attesi dell'anno, il Met Costume Institute Gala. Quest'anno il Metropolitan Museum ha dedicato la mostra al genio della moda suicidatosi lo scorso anno, Alexander McQueen. "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" raccoglie circa duecento abiti ed accessori ideati dallo stilista britannico che celebrano e ricordano unicità di questo artista. Yesterday night in New York one of the biggest fashion event of the year took place, the 2011 Met Costume Institute Gala. This year the Metropolitan Museum dedicated the exposition to the fashion genius Alexander McQueen, who committed suicide last year. "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" collects about two hundred of dresses and accessories from the British designer, in order to celebrate his uniqueness.
